A SL55 delivered 8/18/07, and an E55 wagon delivered 5/11/05
Oh Crap
Kim just called me the E just stalled out on the 101. 
She was able to get it started and back home. Tele-aid told her they think it be the brakes? Were taking it over to Keyes now. Any guesses? Jim

Most Tele-Aid personnels are just as smart as those tech supports taking calls for your computer problems...

My bad, justed talked to Kim again she noticed the car was stalled because the red brake light was on. Tele-aid told her its most likely a fuel issue, but it could be the brakes? I thinking bad fuel pump or similar malady. Its about 100 degrees today can this effect the car? They better not try to say its my mods

Well, just got off the phone with Wolf and they found nothing wrong with the car. He forgot to ask what code came up (if any) when the check engine light came on butwill ask when he picks it up. Hopefully it was simply a vapor lock in 105 weather added to dead standstill traffic. I think I'd feel a lot better if they found something.

04 E55 white.
i live in stevensons ranch and i was onthe freeway 2 days ago i was shifting from third to fourth gear and my gauge said it was still in 4th but it was as if it was in nuetral. i had to roll to the side of the freeway. has this happened to anyone else yet. when i turn the car off and back on again it was fine.
