Clean/condition leather in E55?

Clean/condition leather in E55?
This question has probably been beaten to death, so please, please excuse my ignorance. Do you guys use anything to clean and condition the leather in the E55? The manual says not to use MB leather cleaner/conditioner on the leather but gives no instruction on how to clean and condition the leather to keep it from cracking.

SL 65 AMG and E63s AMG
I have used Leatherique with good results on my previous E500 and M3. I haven't had to clean my E55 yet however. You might want to ask the dealership want they recommend. Soft leathers are sometimes harder to clean and easier to mess up.
