My keyless go works when I start the car but I cannot lock the doors unless I use the keys.When the car is in park the red light lights the dashboard that the gearshift is in park.Do you think I need a baterry in my key or is there another problem.Thanks

Sound like the car doesn't know it's in Park so it wont lock the doors. Bad switch on the gearshift????

mine will say gear selector in park when it's in drive sometimes when using keyless go, i've brought it to the dealer regarding this they told me they replaced a switch, yet it still occurs sometimes.i've gotten used to a few minor electronic glitches with the car, a price you pay for all of the electrical components in these cars.
