20th Anniversary E Series?
Was dropping off the girl in West L.A. last night when I rolled behind a white W211 on Santa Monica near Sawtelle...
The car was debaged, had the dual twin pipes of a AMG, after market rims (20" by the look of them), and sported what looked to read as a "20th Anniversary Edition" badge where our chrome "V8 Kompressor" badge is along the front fender.
When I saw the car had it's rear trunk badges stripped off the back I guessed it was nothing more than a dressed up E500. Can someone tell me what I was looking at?

Seeing how I just specced out some wheels for a 1980 Benz 280E.. the E-Class has been around for more than 20 years.
I say.. poser.

That means it'd have to be like a year 2007 E-Class to be a 20th Ann. Edition.
I'm still banking my money on poser.
