Is there a way to stop the seatbelt warning OTHER THAN WEAR MY SEATBELT ???

Do a search. You have to find a willing dealer though. I was able to find one, and I don't have to hear it anymore either.

Cut off the buckle from the belt and insert it into the seatbelt lock slot.
Cheap and effective.
