My Bone Stock E55 !!!!!!
I've been reading posts in this board for about 3 years now... 
and now it's about time for me to post.. at about 308kph i feel the limiter kicking in and then gradualy gets to 320kph 
btw there is more to come !!! i got a video with the esp cutting in at 305kph+

Some cars with more powerful engines specifically designed for speed runs at Bonneville often don't run that fast, I am very curious to better understand why your car can run that fast, that is awesome.

I believe that is top speed (documented) of a Benz on the forum so far....congrats!
Wondering if anyone will ever break the 200mph mark. Do NOT suggest as even a dip in the road means you are the next CLK GTR video (end over end)....just wanted my conscious clear.

I seriously hope you found a safe place to do this? What that said, damn, that's insane.
And Bipasha, 198 mph I think is the estimated or at least the tested speed of the Z06 to date. I still believe the C6 Z06 could walk comfortably into 200.

my c5 went 195 on the dyno, but i only drove it a little over 150 with the stock suspension. ***** got crazy at that speed. plus i was only 17. my vision of the landscape and the road was about that of the picture at the top of this post. 140 was a great speed and did it everyday until the last day i had the car...

The highest speed in my C4 Convertible Vette with a coilover Callaway suspension had been 177. I ran out of road. Very steady and stuck to the road. Deafening however as I had the top down. My friend in a 996 C4 was way behind but found it amusing. I would never do this with the stock suspension. It would be ludricrous. Transverse monosprings suck.
