I'm dealing with a number of sellers who are non-MB dealers or non-enthusiasts. They know nothing about the 319 package and can neither confirm nor deny its presence. Other than having them drive it around and see if the lights (curve), is there any way to tell if a car has 319? Is there any visual cue that I can look for in posted pictures?

Finally, for those of you who do NOT have the 319, do you regret - why or why not?

If it has headlight washers, it has the 319 package.

No headlight washers = standard halogen lights.

Just look to see if the car has Xenon/HID headlamps. There is no comparison from Halogen to HID so it should be obvious. I wouldnt get ANY car without it! Not only does it look 100 times better than Halogen, its way more effective at lighting up the road and covering a larger area at night! If the car your looking at doesnt have the Lighting Package, move on.

The dealer service department can pull up a "Master Report" that will list the full history of the car along with what options it came with from the factory.

One can add the Xeons after purchase...I Did the WIFES W211 to active Euro Xeons from Steve...So If you find a Great Deal without the package..You CAN add them !
