Garage Gate Sucks!
I took my beast out for a spin yesterday on I90 and I-95. I finally got a chance to go WOT up to 100 when I tried to overtake 4 cars in a row. The experience was exhilarating nonetheless. However, when we got home, something nasty almost happened. My garage gate uses one of those RFID cards. I flashed my card over the reader and then the gate popped open. I released the brake and the car lurked forward. At that moment. The gate suddenly dropped again so I slammed my brakes like I was an idiot and prayed that the gate won't hit my hood. Low and behold, the friggin' gate missed my car by about 2 inches and only hit my hood ornament when I tried to back up. I would have killed the management if the friggin' gate hit my beast.

Eek! 2" clearance above the hood... talk about a close call. Good to hear nothing major occurred, though. Be careful next time.
