Would a smaller custom water pump pulley help lower my temps?
On my supercharger I had the pulley made a tiny bit smaller so it would spin faster to produce more boost, 1.5lbs more. I was thinking of doing the same thing to my water pump pulley. I have a friend that could do it in an hour in what ever size I needed. My question is will spinning my water pump faster help reduce my engine temps? If yes, how much smaller would it need to be? I'm trying to make my car as safe as possible since it is my daily driver.
Thanks

Spinning a water pump too fast can cause it to cavitate. When that happens, the water inside just gets beat up and not pumped. Speeding the pump up may help coolant flow at idle or very low cruising rpms, but at high speed/rpm you would likely do more harm than good.
