Z06 updated! Did you all have very Merry Christmas?
Hope God filled all your homes! Did Santa get you what you wanted?
Car has 220 miles on it now. Got to drive it to Grandmas today. On the way back I got first gear to 6200 rpms and did a quick shift to 2nd and floored it. Did not speed shift. At 6000 - 6200 rpms the tire start to rip loose so I had to shift.
I have a question about Sprung and Un-Sprung weight. What is the differance between the new Z06 and the 05 E55? The Z06 is light I mean it feels Very Very light. Bakes are great and never feels like I am even coming close to hitting the ABS. (will happen soon) I know the cars are about 1100lbs lighter than the E55. The new Z06 is fast!
Drove the E55 for about 100 miles on Saturday with clients and I still love the car. Smooth! and Quiet! Like a Hot Knife cutting butter!!!!!!!

I think the C6 Z06 has a curb weight ~900lbs lighter than a W211 E55.

Definately. 2 totally different cars.
