im lookin to aquiring an e55 . little did i know its kinda hard to get one here in vancouver, canada!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyone know a good place to get them in canada?? im lookin for a used o4 or o5 with all or most of the options, nav keyless go and parktronic r a must.the new ones here r ridiculously overpriced...there r 2 for sale in vancouver one a 03 with no nav and 15000km for 90000 cad(75000 us) and a 05 with 6000km fully loaded at 102000 cad (85000 us).. !!!!!!!!!! or a new one for 115000 cad ( 96000 us) .. these prices r ridiculous. im drooling over these sweet deals on e55,s u states guys have. Anyone know a hookup in canada?? I cant import one from the states cause its a huge hassle and gotta pay stupid amount of taxes and duty and customs dont like me very much !!!!!


took me awhile to decide on an e55. i was almost set on a rs6 but figured it was too old, rare and front end was dated, i really liked the fact it was awd tho, then i did more research on the e55 and never knew it was such a monster. i would do kleeman stage 1 or 2 asap when i get the car. im comin from a 05 subaru legacy gt thats very modded out, 20g turbo at 19 psi, full exhaust with catless downpipe and upipe, larger intercooler, fuel injectors, fuel pump. the car itself is quite fast but its too harsh!! plus its time for a step up. I couldnt have a slower car as my subie makes about 310 whp and eats m3,s for breakfast. but the thought of having an e55 lightly modded to make it an 11 second car is insane and the look and luxury of the car is impeccable!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not from Canada. Hopefully someone here will pipe in. Have you looked on the internet in Toronto and Montreal? That seems to me to be where most of the better-car activity is....

You might check with BoBcanada or vrus. They are Canadians and have, or had, in Bob's case, E55's. Good luck.

I think a new E55 with options you listed will be closer to C$130 before taxes. I have a 04 with all options except keyless go, panaroof and distronic, 13k km, I am consider selling for $100k.

It's all the weak US$ making things look expensive. I remember a few years back, a 360 was C$180 in Canada while US$180k across the border.
