IPOD intergration kit
Does anyone know the correct part number for 2004 E55 car for the kit and do I need to order a holder too? Who in So Ca has had it installed... prices and which dealers... I can travel for a deal, I've heard a lot of dealers really stick us for the install....

The part number for the ipod integraton kit is B6 782 42 18. The cradle part number is B6 782 42 07.

Its a ton of labor the parts itself cost $299 i think and if i remember right it took the dealer 3 hours to install. i guess they have to take some stuff apart. i didnt pay for it had the sales guy put it in for free when the car was bought and he didnt know that it would cost more than $100 and when i go to get the car he told me it cost over $600.

well then does anyone know what the difference would be from B67824218? Someone contacted me asking if I was interested, but it appears it for another MB?

Wait a minute, there's a kit now that works with the 2004 E55? I didn't think they were going to release one. I thought it was 2005 and up? If this is true, I'll be going to get one...

As for the 2004s (neutronium), your comand will do...as for the 2003s - the car requires a comand to be able to get an Ipod kit installed.
