the only way to get out of ur lease is to find some1 to take it over, otherwise ur screwed, its only been a year; u must b very upside down on the value of car and its payoff amount.

good luck, ull need it

upside down

Yes it is upside down and I would be willing to sweeten the pot to get out. I need to do some research and see what it is worth. But if I have to drive if for a couple more years; oh well, life could be worse..
Thanks for the response.

damn thats rough...you could go on that lease trading website and maybe get out of your lease, probably will cost you less than going through the dealer.

if u find some1 to simply take over the lease then ur good to go, ull only loose ur downpayment and the payments made since, if u go to teh dealer they will pay u wholesale bluebook (if ur lucky) and will add the difference (payoff-what they give u) to the new car.
