What is powerbreaking?

What is this powerbreaking to 1100 rpm and how do you do iT? Is it just holding your breaks and gas till 1100 rpm?

a few...
it can get better times depending on how much and how well you hook up. just a rule of thumb though, try not to do it too long as it might cause some problems with your torque converter, but i doubt youll have to worry about that

I brake torqued the w220 with ESP on. Chirpped the tires when I launched it.

Then I brake torqued it again with ESP off. It chirpped the tires and the ESP kicked back in!

The Mercedes traction control system pisses me off.

If you do brake torque it in the E55, you'd probably want to leave ESP on, unless you want to pull a nice burnout.

yea MB ESP is notorious for kicking back in and out when it wants. when i did the braketorquing with no ESP, I had some nice burnouts but only until you get close to the redline through 1st and then itll kick back in, unless you have some water to play around with.. :v

Or put the car in dyno mode and then it wont kick back in...
