K4 installation is done but without the cams and whole exhaust system. drove the car about 50 miles with the mods. I heard from some guy that i need to break-in the engine for about 600 miles, do you guys think i should've?

The only possible reason that a break-in period would be needed would be if you had installed the Kleeman Cams, and even if you had you still could run the car hard for 15 to 20 sec. bursts and then let the motor cool down (Normal driving speeds) for a couple of minutes and then go for it again. So. in short, no break-in is needed with the Mods you have done to your E55. Enjoy!

A member on here never broke in his E55 and pretty much "drove it like he stole it" from the day he got it. He was later praise for his unusually low 1/4 times at the track.

Porsches for breakfast, Ferraris for lunch and starv for dinner becuase no one wants to feed me...with respect to both models.
ECU, Pulley, T/B, headers, Racing filters, removed the secondary cats and LSD. Do you guys think if i exchanged the pulley with a Hennessey pulley and installed an IC Johnson pump that would complicate things since they are not the same brand. And where 'online' can I get a Johnson pump from, is there a number model so I can search for the right pump?

Living in Dubai I would say the IC pump would be an EXTREEEEEMLY good idea. In fact I would just get the "EVO" Inter-Cooler cooling kit that comes with the Johnson pump and the additional heat exchanger for cooling the Inter-Cooler coolant. This kit also separates the intercooler cooling system from the Motor's cooling system and the pump runs all the time, continually recirculating the Inter-Cooler coolant making sure the Inter-Cooler is as cool as possible all the time.
Just curious why you did not install the cams?

Kleemann cams are great and they add about 15 HP but and gives you great torque but i think there is nothing better than the AMG cams in my opinion. I heard a lot of good things about how relayable EVO cooling kit is and will look into it before the summer heat hits.
Great forum and replys...thanks
