We were a sponsor of this forum at one time....I got my start here. I owe a lot to this place. We stopped in late 2002 as the sales tapered off due to lack of model interest at the time, but I am considering sponsoring it again.

Wheel Experts would be my first choice.
I had a big mess with Wheelsboutique, had same credit issue where it took a long time to get and not until I threatened to call Amex did they credit the money...and there were no hurricanes. Could be an isolated incident but I won't buy from them again.

First off I know Peter and have known him for many years and he is a straight up guy and our companies have both managed to coexist and engage in business competition for quite some time without any problems or "bashing" I want to apologize for MCH's comments he is in no way affiliated with us. Second numbers don’t lie we ARE HRE's Largest dealer and with this type of success and volume brings certain problems with customers and "growing pains" we do apologize but these incidents here seem to be isolated and you can not base the credibility of a company on the opinion of a few customer who had a not so pleasant experience. What about Thousands of other customers who had great experiences I don't see anyone talking about them as with everything only the bad gets attention. As we continue to grow we continue to strive for customer service and we do understand that you can't always make everyone happy and thus problems arise. Keep in mind that if we have made it this far we MUST be doing something right therefore the reason all of you did at one time order from us and we continue to work out the bugs and provide great prices and a great product.
