AMG - Question about HQ
Just curious if you can visit AMG in Germany? I'm spending about 12 days in the Netherlands very soon and I thought I'd drive over if they had something for me to see/buy/test out. I'd love to go visit, see their cars, and perhaps pickup some AMG merchandise/upgrades at the company HQ.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

I don't know if this is accurate, but it's a quote from FAQ on MB's website. You should also contact the manager of the dealership from which you purchased your car. Maybe there is a way that a dealership can arrange for a customer to have a tour. Also, I thought that I saw something on TV (Fifth Gear?) where there was a tour available to the public -- that may have been the Sindelfingen plant referenced below.

that'd be too bad if it weren't possible to visit AMG's facility. I'm planning a trip to Germany this fall, and entertained the idea that it would be kind of cool to visit/tour the AMG set-up and hopefully also have the opportunity to shake the hand of the fellow that built my engine. Appears that this won't be possible, though.
