Safe to get a 2006 E55 in terms of reliability?

If you maintain the car you will be fine and also depends how the car was maintained before you. The only issue I had with mine was alternator and a battery everything else I've done is all mods to the car. The engine on this car is pretty much Bullet proof but you will have Normal wear and tear.

My 2005 E55 (stock) have developed a vibration when driving it, from about +/- 2000rpm.
I am from South Africa so the speed when the vibration is there is about from 110km/h (60 miles p/h) up wards, the vibration stays the same don't get worse when you speed up.
Any advise on that for me?
