A/C Problem

A day ago the A/C was working just fine. I go and turn on the car today start driving and notice hot air blowing out the vents. I look and the temp is set to 68 where I always keep it but I know that the air coming out is more like mid to high 80's not anywhere near 68. The air does not seem to get cooler until I turn the temp down to about 64. Any ideas on what the problem may be? Thanks.

I faced the same problem a month ago and the dealer fixed it by changing some kind of a/c valve.

hope this helps

All of my cars are doing that now. Wait and make sure it is broke. The ambient temp and humidity have shifted in our area. Dunno about Vegas, but it has been odd in SoCal and I've noticed the heat more lately, too. Again, on ALL of my cars and one is a Jeep. Hehe.... I set mine to 68, too. More out of sentiment (birth year) than comfort!!

TTSUPRAtoE55: You ever see a Honda S2000 running around w/ BBS LM rims? He is my cousin. He had a trick Supra a few years back and likes the E55 ride. He may look into a CLS55, so look out!!

E.fifty.5: I get pissed every time I see a post from you. I am in Cali and I tried to get EFIFTY5 as a personalized tag and they said it was just taken by someone else!!

a few...
Since it might be an a/c valve or something, just make sure to see that the
A/C button towards the right side of the climate controls is lit up. If it is and it's still blowing hot air, take it to the dealer.
