Will these mods void warranty? Also, if a lease car is put back to stock on return, is there a way to tell that these mods were done? I know the car has the event recorder.

A pulley and ECU change do have the potential to void parts of your warranty. If the Dealer finds them it will be up to them to decided on the warranty issue.
The pulley will increase your boost about 2 pounds. A Tech can monitor boost via Star Diagnostics and see the increase. Also, they will see changes from the ECU. Both these items are seen only if they look for them. A Tech doesn't usually check the boost unless they feel there is a problem there.
Worse case scenario is you hurt the something in the drive train and they find the boost, they can void the warranty. A lot of Dealers will work with you if you are a good customer and have a good relationship. Buy everyone pizza.

Interesting... What about Renntech, do they offer a warranty on the powertrain after the pulley upgrade? When I was planning to get a blower in my CTS-V, the company that builds the blowers offered a great warranty to cover that wich the factory wouldn't continue to fix. An extra $200 or so, it seemed worth the piece of mind. Doubly so with the much pricier E55 motor! The thought of an out-of-warranty drivetrain is not comforting...
