I decided to get Sirus for my car but the dealer wants to charge me $800 for the materials and $200 for installation. What do you guys think. Is it worth it or not because I have never had this kind of setup before.

 

Bite the bullet and let the dealer install it for you. I had it done on my other E55 (cost was $1200) and it works out nicely since everything was integrated into your COMMAND unit. Dont opt for a 3rd party solution!

 

Thanks for the Info. I aslo wanted to say that the dealer also wants to install the arimatic lowering module but they want $1500 which is installed the module is renntech. I told them what about if I buy a lorinser, carlsson, or brabus module they said they will eliminate my warranty if I do that so the olny choice is installing their renntech airmatic lowirng module whic only comes down 25mm.

 

I second that. USD 1000 for SAT radio + install is a good price.
