Any one using the K-40 Bluetooth
I have a great deal on a K-40 Bluetooth & I need some feedback on how well it works and about the installation. Any comments would be appreciated.

I am interested too, but I am bascially planning on buying it.
Are you expecting to get the front and rear version?
I just don't think the rear one is practical, except to tell you that you've already been hit?
Most cars approaching from the rear can/will "clock you" by going the same speed. Radar/laser isn't even needed. The "traps" that you want to try and avoid are from the front where hopefully you can detect or defuse the system.

Yes I will be getting the front and rear. The deal I got from a friend that is a installer got stiffed on the unit and just wants to unload it. He said that he would sell me the unit and install it for $1100. I wanted to know if that is a good prince and if there is any known problems with this detector.

is this better then the k-40 that is not blue tooth? I have the k- 40 front and back with front difuser. I had the same set up in my denali but with the back difuser as well. When i sold the truck the installer decided to give me a new one in the box rather then take out the old one minus the rear difuser. I wanted to put it in my h2 just never had the time. I was going to sell it for 600.00 if any one wants it. it has the 3 led lights for on/off and the front and rear warnings. pm me if any one wants it.
