Cannonball One Lap of America E55
As some folks may know, I'm running my Noble in the upcoming One Lap of America. But now we've added a new member to the team. My buddy, Chris Kraft, is going to run my E55 in the One Lap in two weeks. Chris is a former IMSA & Camel GT driver and it goes without saying, is far superior behing the wheel than I am.
He's in the same class as the M5 so he'll be a huge underdog in all the events OTHER than the dragstrip. Tony Swan of Car & Driver covers the race and is competing in the new M5. So far it's the only E55 entered so we'll do our best to represent the MB nation. Wish us luck.

Thanks! We'll own them on the drag but they'll return the favor everywhere else.

The kit is still there but we have to run on street tires. If we are anywhere close to striking distance when we get to the dragstrip (it's near the end of the week) then we may run the NOS. Since we won't be close to them, then we'll just have to settle for beating them without it in the quarter.
A HUGE thanks to ENDSMTG who HOOKED me up today in Chi-town with his two OEM wheels. On less than 24 hours notice, he met me downtown and I am truly indebted. He's the man. And his car is hot too. The spoiler and the HRE's look tight!

My pleasure Buddy! Nice to meet you and Courtney! I am going to try and make it to Joliet to see your run this Sat. Next time UR in the Chi we gotta have more time for some sightseeing though. No luck needed against that M5. He'll be spending all his time trying to figure out what tranny mode to launch in.
Take your time and teach him a lesson!
