Best I/C Pump Upgrade: Evo or Kleemann

Who makes the best I/C pump upgrade for the price Evosport or Kleemann. I believe they both use a Johnson pump upgrade, but does the additional heat exchanger that you get with Evosport really produce 15hp more than the Kleemann upgrade.

They are the same Kleeamnn price around 800 US....Dont know about Evoposrts one...
