Pressure release?
I drove the car pretty hard for about 15 minutes yesterday and when I parked the car and turned the ignition off I heard a 'blow off' type sound from the engine. Made a 'woosh' sound like it was releasing pressure as if I had a BOV or something. But since this was the first and only time I had experienced this I was wondering if I should be concerned or if this was normal?

could be your air suspension releasing some presure.

I second that. After parking my car, the car releases a psshhh from the airmatic.

possibilities: airmatic if you have it, just a lot of heat from something, purge solenoid makes some noise sometimes but its usually not THAT loud, thosea re all pretty normal

I'd have to say it's the suspension. Mine does it all the time after I park.

Mine does that too and the Benz tech said that it is NORMAL!

It is normal. The Airmatic lets off the extra pressure that it has built up.
