My E55 For Sale on SKI-BAY 150 Miles!
Posted some weeks ago but my pics are too big and I do not know how to down size em . . . . .I bought this E to drive for a year or so and have changed my mind. I have the reserve set at $71,000.00 it may or may not sell depending on the market, which is a little strange right now. If not I will drive it for a year and loose another $10K. You sure know how to hit me right in the heart. Man my only dream would be to buy your car, but I dont have a potential buyer for my C32 yet. But whoever does buy your car will have one hot E55, best of luck to the buyer.

Been getting a lot of calls and a few e-mails . . . .should be gone by the end of the week but you never know . . . .had more than a few ski-bay deals go south when it comes to payment time . . . . .

What was that old NBA vid game? . . . .Marv Albert (Back Biter) said "He's Heating Up!"Auction ends Friday been getting calls from everywhere and it might sell . . . .worst that will happen is I will keep it for a year and put a few thousand miles on it . . . .I did get a call from soneone in Chi-Town and he had a Cayenne Turbo with only 3,000 miles on it but I do not do trades as I am only a guy with a dealers license to try to minimize the pipe I take and as you can tell it is really working for me . . . . . .Good luck selling the Cayenne . . .I think he was asking about $78-$79K for it.

I got a call from Tony in Cali . . . .he posed a question about my E being smog legal in cali . . . . .I never thought about it but would'nt every new car shipped from Germany be smog legal all over the US . . . . even Cali. I have never had to think about it . . . .lived on the east coast DC . . .Dewey Beach and now Wilmington my whole life. I know Cali has some tough emissions laws from my small block chevy forums days.
I would hate to sell it to someone in Cali and not have it pass . . . . . .
If I had to place a bet . . .I would bet my house . . . .can anyone tell me if I am sleeping in the street?

If it's stock...I believe all imported cars are required to be 50 state emissions legal. There are some aftermarket items that are not legal in CA. So i'm willing to bet it is CA legal.
