Wind-down: How Long?
How long does it take the supercharger to wind-down? After I turn off the engine I get a clicking noise from under the hood for about 4-5 minutes.
Is this normal?

It shuts down almost instantly - its mechanical drag is pretty high ... I think what you hear are the cooling fans or the SBC brake pump ....

the supercharger isnt even activated when the car is idling. It is activated by a clutch given a certain percentage of throttle input.

I have lots of clicks, but it just seems to be metal cooling off on exhaust etc..after shutoff.
Have to listen to see if systems are still moving after I get out.
