Has anyone gotten warranty coverage from these guys? Recommendations?
https://www.autowarrantybroker.com/
I did some due diligence and there are only 3 complaints at the BBB which they have been a member:
BBBOnLine Reliability Participation Confirmed For
Auto Warranty Broker, Inc.
Auto Warranty Broker, Inc. meets all BBBOnLine Reliability participation and Better Business Bureau membership standards and is authorized to display the BBBOnLine Reliability seal.
This company has been in business since 02/01/2001
This company became a Better Business Bureau member in 03/01/2002
This company was approved for BBBOnLine Reliability in 05/21/2002
Does anyone have any experience with them? I want to make sure they are reputable and not a fly by night company although I see that they are undrewritten by:
03371 American Mercury Insurance Company
(Property/Casualty - Insurance Company) US: Oklahoma with an "A" rating on thier risk.

My MB tech recommended them.
I bought a warranty on an '01 E55 from them and never used it.
They refunded the unused balance.
I then bought one for a 911 Turbo and 45 days later had a $1,300 claim for an alternator. (Yeah 1,300, the Porsche tax is worse than the MB tax.)
The repair shop (RUF Dallas) commented that it was the best aftermarket experience that they've had.
If I get near the end of my MB warranty on this car, I'll be going back.
Katherine Flaherty was the person that I bought from.

Thank you ...feel better about it now. I still can't understand why MBenz doesn't want to sell me an extended warranty based on their policies (must buy w/in 1 year of sale date).
I will likely go with this one...$3,700 for extra 5 years from today and up to 100K total mileage.
