Does anyone know anything about this concept? Is it old news or photochopped junk?

Hopefully fake...Like the glass but seems way too Chrysler to me. Reminds me a bit of the Jetsons car? Can it fly? Wow interesting if real.

Is that one of the F series concept (F200 or F300)? I think that concept was unveiled in the mid 90's. You can see where the w220 headlights came from.

Here is some more information:
