2005 E55
Need Legal Advice - Lemon Law Buy Back

I would appreciate some help from our legal community as well as those of you who have personal MB buy back experience.

My 2005 E55 was purchased in April 2005. The SRS system malfunctioned in October 2005. The dealer replaced a relay. It malfunctioned again in March 2006. Another dealer replaced a wiring harness. The SA said that the original one was too short, causing excess tension on a connector, increasing resistance, and tripping a sensor. There was a TB to replace it with a longer one. The system malfunctioned again last Friday.

The following appears to apply to my vehicle, as the first malfunction occurred within 12 months and with fewer than 12K miles. The second (and the third) occurred within the next 12 months and 12K miles. It now has 10K miles on it, so the 12K rule would not be exceeded under any circumstance.

Extract - Serious-safety-hazard test

If you have taken the vehicle for repair of a serious safety hazard:

once during the first 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, and
once more during the 12 months or 12,000 miles following the first repair attempt, and
the problem is still not repaired
you pass the serious-safety-hazard test.

So, anyone have any advice? Thanks.
