If the tuners can’t crack the new code, I will install a stand alone controller,

What many of you don't get is that there are a number of things going on here. Her car happens to be an anomoly in that there is a great deal of data to support her plight. She is not "having" to void her warranty for any of those reasons. She simply chose to due to the heavy mods she had planned. She made that decision over a year ago. The only reason MBUSA even became involved is because she came accross a dealer that did not follow protocol.
Trust me, she will get what she is after since it is reasonable and tangible. She is going about this in a businesslike manner, which is how it is to be done. She should be an example to those of you that simply want to moan and groan. MB will not respond to threats, etc. with a positive response. Simple as that. Call customer service all day and yell and let's see where you get. On the other hand, call them and be honest and clear with your needs and see what that gets.

here is a recomendation for some of you... there will be a mercedes Tech at AMGfest in montvale... I would go to the event and ask the tech what the recal involved
last year they gave up a lot of closed door information some owners asked... and some took it to private discussions to go even further with it...

Sorry Benzgal, I stand to be corrected. It just sounded as if you had backed off a bit, bowing to the pressure.
I appreciate your attempts to get this problem resolved.
BTW most good women have bigger ballz than many men and unlike men know when to use them.

E55 (for sale if the right offer comes along)...too many others to list
Thank you for the support and nice words guys. It really means a lot. This is really an unfortunate situation where no one is to blame. MB is just trying to decrease their losses from doing warranty work that resulted from modified parts, and I am adrenaline junkie girl that understands their business case and is willing to agree with it, but still wants my aftermarket software. Because both of our issues are rational I am confident that we can come to an agreement.
I must tell you this…..if I hadn’t decided to modify this car I would have still been very happy with the HP and TQ post reflash. I live in Cali and with traffic it’s pretty hard to use up that entire HP for street driving or even stop light Olympics. The only safe place to use the HP I now have is at the track.
I also own a 210E55 and the HP and TQ feel like night and day from my pre-modified 211. My 210 has software and pulleys, but my 211 still kicks butt on it. It’s funny when I switch off between the two I find my foot to the floor on the 210. I was able to beat a new M5 off the line post reflash with my 211 and that was fun. Regardless of what happens with my software, I have a feeling that I will still look back while walking away from my 211 just to get a second look. Kind of like when you see a pretty lady or hot guy. LOL
I got tons of love for my 211 and props to my fellow members who own them. MUAH Now all of you Cali guys get your butt to the meet on the
26th!

The re flash for the air pump relay covered; models 170/199/203/211/215/219/220/230/463 AMG M. Y. 02-06
Any other model owners, with power complain. I have not seen any other post.
Why is it affecting the 210?
Just a thought. While I am watching the Yankees play.

So is it better if I buy one that doesn't have the reflash? How would I know? I would think that the majority of the E55's have the reflash now right? I guess my best bet now is to not get one from a MB dealer

Honestly I think it just takes a little while for the car to re-learn that it is an animal...people are starting to see the beast come back to life now. That doesn't account for the Load Limit code that Ted saw. Re-adaptation takes a little time.

Can anybody tell me what symptoms they had with their car when they had their car on the dyno and had the load limit code first appear? Did the engine jerk or suddenly lose power?
