I've heard of flipping houses but flipping AMG's is a totally new concept. This guy obviously got on the top of the list and is charging a 25% markup?
why didn't I think of that?

I like the new keys too. Anyone know if these can be obtained as parts and programmed to use with our 55 cars ?
Not sure why one would pay any premium for an E63, considering what deals can be had on the E55, either new or used. For MSRP on a new E63, you could get a clean low mileage E55 and have money left over for a 600HP conversion from Renntech, Kleemann, etc. plus some other goodies.

Is it just me or does the engine compartment just look like it is missing something. Looks like a 4 cylinder in there with all that room.
I do like the new wheels. At least MB is staying with 5 stars for AMG wheels.

you all really think many will be paying premiums for the E63? I like the car, and would probably own one if the performance numbers are there, but don't see the big deal over the E55... it's not a huge jump like it was from the 2002 to 2003 E55.....

As for the aesthetics, I really don't mind the new nose on the E63, gives the platform a slightly more aggressive characteristic. Is this new front end across the '07 E-class range or unique to the E63?

$125K?....the guy must be on crack or he's been flipping too many Ferrari's
that he has lost his mind

Besides if anyone foolish enough to pay that much for what essentially is
a "gap vehicle" then that person totally deserves it.
I believe the real jump in performance will come with the next E-class AMG
whether be a E63K, E63TT, E65n/a, E65K or even E65TT. That would be the
true worthy successor to our E55K.
