E63 vs. E55 (Styling)
I had the opportunity to pull my car next to a black E63 yesterday. I must say I am very impressed with the looks of it and after close examination the only exterior changes are small. The front grill and lower fascia are different, but it looks like a direct bolt on since the hood is the same. The rearview mirros are new and I can't tell if I like them. The Rear of the car only has a lip spoiler and a Chrome acent strip that is different. I have now ordered an E63 lip spoiler. The Wheels are a big improvement. The E63 also look lower, but I think it may have just been the setting. Just my 2 cents.

I did not care for the way the new wheels had the spoke centers painted dark gray, it looked kind of cheap, I think they would look much better if the space between the spokes were open similar to the 55 rims, maybe the twin turbo version will get those. I agree that the "mild facelift" is a subtle change and the general public would hardly notice; most automobile manufactures do this about 2 MY years before a full body stlye change is due. The 63 rear spoiler will be a simple and nice touch to any 55.
