Taking my E55 in for service...what are my chances?

yeah I am doing this because I am terrified to come out with an E55 K2 that can't even lay down tracks. Why own the car if its going to be like that?
Good to hear though that Kleeman take care of it if it happens.
So my service advisor was way cool. He signed the paper and wrote down on the service paper not to flash the ECU. I even underlined it. I then taped the OBD2 port and taped like 3 DO NOT FLASH papers inside the car.
The Evo brake kit install is pricey -- 6 hrs -- $600 for all 4 corners and all 4 pads.
