Nice list of mods.
I don't know how you deal with driving your E55 in the winter. It would drive me nuts with all the **** they spread on the roads here. The car's finish would be hammered in no time.

That's simple. I don't drive my car in the winter for most of the time. I live in the city, so I can take public transportation to school / work. I only drive my car if I have to go to off-site clinics.

HID Kit not working
So guys, if anyone of you has a Carlab 9006 HID kit working in your beast, please let me know. I swung by the body shop and they showed me the HID kit. First of all, like someone else said, the wiring has some problem so it's not plug and play. Secondly, the 9006-rebased HID bulbs do not fit snug with the fog lamp housing, which leave the bulb wiggling on the socket. In conclusion, the Carlab kit that I have is not plug and play and does not fit my foglamps appropriately. I'm going to return the kit and stick with my PIAA Extreme White Plus for now.

Kev: if you can solve the HID conversion issue for the foglights many people on this forum will 'knight' you early! E55Russ told me he solved it but it requires a complex sequence of starting the car w/o lites on etc. I tried and no workee! Keep us posted-Joker
