Tia, when you call to make your appointment let them know that you want Lance Nunes as your service advisor. Lance is awesome and he will take care of you. Tell him that I sent you.

No problems with the loaner vehicle. I just returned one today. I had my ML worked on a Lance gave me a coupon for the loaner car.(C230). When you call to make your appointment the receptionist will ask you if you will need a loaner car, tell her yes. Once you drop your car off and meet with Lance the Enterprise person will ask for a credit card but its just in case you do not return it with the same amount of gas. I declined their insurance as my insurance covers me for rental cars.
