Roll on blues

Sometimes I feel like my car is a Jeckyll and Hyde. From the dig, I get great launches and car is very tough to beat to around 60. Also, from 60 up car seems to pull very hard, but much below 40 and I feel like I'm stuck between gears and I 've had difficulty smoking cars that are well below me in horsepower. Even if I put the car in second gear, roll ons from 30 seem somewhat lethargic.

Is it my car, or do others feel the same way?

the sneaky ecu reset seems to cure that problem for me.

I think I know what you are talking about. The cure for me is to hold the gearshift knob to the left to make the car drop into the lowest/optimal gear and nail it.

I feel ya. This happens to me quite frequently. Yes, try the ECU reset. It has worked once or twice. If you start feeling significant power loss, take it in. Thats what I did and even when a tech drove my car and assured me everything was fine, I told them to test it anyway at my own expense. Sure enough I needed to R/R lots of parts including the intake manifold and a few sensors.
