NEXT MOD on the LIST....help
To make the car faster in 1/4 mile, on TOP specifically, cause now with just Headers those VIPERs only catch ME sometimes at the end of 1/4
its FUN...nd people get shocked when I spank them
They wont catch ME after chip and pulley are done but I am ready for more:
1. Qualife Diff with 2.82 gear or just alone
2. EVOSport Cooling Mod (got new 07 IC pump temps dont go higner then 90C)
3. VRUS 80 Throtle Bodies
4. SLR CAMs with 3.06 gear

LSD/Qfe. has to be next mod before more HP. We argue about this on the forum, but I LOVE mine. DerekFSU loves his too obviously.
Then after pulleys and chip, VRUS thottle body and then cooling mod.
Not sure of cash, but that cooling mod or at least Johnson hi flow pump has to come soon as heat will start to be an issue. I just have the pump and it ROCKS!!!
Would do Cams last...it really isn't that much of a bang for the buck per Kleeman. Throttle body is supposed to the biggest dog after chip and pulleys.
Not sure on the gearing bro, but would love to hear what you come up with. You may have to be the guinea pig like me on the cams and see what works for ya.

I dont have aprt numbers I just remeber that 06 IC pump last 3 digits where 196 and mine was 396 and my German dealer said this pupp is newer the 196...
Jody...I have ASP pulleys...jsut cant find proper ECU to run with it now...but it will be done soon hopefully...
I was talking about NEXT mods after ECU, Pulleys and Headers are done...
So NOW its btw VR TB and Qualife diff ???
Obviosly Qualife diff wont help ME at higher speeds but I assume I will have much more wheels spin once pulley and ecu done ??? cuase last weekends on go road with a little burn out I launch mainly with ESP...but ussually ESP always interfires...
Other question...is if I get LSD should I put 2.82 gear like MKB offers, they said that cat is a bit faster and other people say that it should make killer 3rd gear and others said it will be more diff to launch the car and it will spin more
VR TB , they wont help ME to get a better launch but will help ME to pull harder at higher speeds...right ??? Cause those Corevette and Viper and others Rear wheels drive also have tranctions problems...I was able to beat them mainly cause I launched better then them, when Viper launched as good as I we runned neck to neck in 1/4 miles after that he pulled on me...

I say without. The LSD will help you keep your power on the ground but getting the 2.82 is just going to counteract that. I say if you still plan on getting other power mods after the LSD (TB, Evosport, etc.) do that and if you still want more bottom end power (even though you'll have a lot already), then go for the 2.82. IMO that should be last because itll just cause for more wheelspin and if you have all that power you might have enough wheelspin issues as it is.

I have to agree with everyone else here, what good is the power if it never makes it to the ground. We've installed the quaife lsd's on numerous E55's it makes an appreciative difference. I'm really curious about the SLR cams going in to E55's I thought the E55's wouldn't run properly without some major tuning on the SLR cams?
