Hi. After many years with BMW and Audi I've gone to Mercedes. Just traded my 2003 RS6 Avant for a 2004 E55 AMG (15K Miles). Picking it up next Tuesday. Car is like new Wish me luck. I look forward to spending time on mbworld. Cheers.

BTW the RS6 Avant is one of my favorite cars. What made you decide to change to an E55 if I may ask?

but the price the E55 is the better deal.

I would love to own a low milage RS6 and do a stage 1 chip.

The RS6 is a great car for sure but It had a bit of a harsh ride (esp. on some of our roads down here!) The E55 is quite a bit smoother to ride in and has less wind and tyre noise as well. Its great having the different suspension modes. I just felt its a better all-rounder, plus I got warranty until May, 2010.

Can someone tell me if the ipod integration kit will work on the 2004 "E" class models or is it only for 2005 and newer. Thanks.
