Hit the speed limiter hard and Murcielago...
just had my recall/flash done, so I knew I had my speed limiter back on, I was on the open highway and hammered all the way up.... the car was pulling hard, and it hit the limiter pretty hard..... really felt like the car bucked when it hit.... I looked down and the digital speedo readout said 144, while the speedo on the dash was sitting just below 160MPH..... I let off pretty quickly, does the digital readout lag behind the dash reading some?
I also ran into a Murcielago, he zoomed by me at about 80MPH, and I hit it..... got behind him and was hanging in there from 80 to 120MPH....
my car is going back to renntech this week for a reflash and post dyno....

i also had the recall done and was reluctant to run anyone. i had a simliar experience with a murcielago , reeled him in from 60-120mph+ 3 times. had to back off all 3 times, should have seen the look on his face. had steve (mbenznl) with me at the time, great kill.....

Out Of Control!!
My digital and analog speedo indicate about the same speed. During rapid accelleration the digital skips some speeds as it changes.
BTW, the speedo is very accurate. I ran it up to the speed limiter yesterday and the indicated speed was 158. I had my Garmin Street Pilot in the car at the time and it indicated 157. I can live with that level of accuracy.
