what is a set of those worth?
while they are definitly a sexy piece, we had a custom set of headers made a 1971 300SEL 6.3 for around $2500 Australian dollars, but i do believe they are mild steel. I think the 55 would cost less because the space to work with on the 6.3 is next to nil, so labour may not be as much for the 55, which I was considering taking to the same place..
