sorry darren i couldnt find the web site but i do have his phone number it is 574-830-0238 his name is stuart. he will send you samples of certain colors or paterns. i have never seen his product in person just some pictures. but he has 6 pages of people on the hummer fourm that love his work.

This was a "custom hand labor" job though and not one you buy as a kit.

hmm something interesting i noticed. Looks like the pleats/gathered leather is "smoothing" out over time as these cars age. The leather on your doors looks rather flat while new ones have thick gathering with like a 1 cm or more difference between the valleys and peaks. Is this something common on the E55? I haven't noticed this on the E500/320 with Premium Leather.

It's definitely a very nice piece of workmanship, but am I alone in being underwhelmed here? To me it doesn't look different enough from the black maple wood that's stock to begin with in the car. Frankly, $3,500 is a lot to pay for such a marginal change in appearance when the product's only function is cosmetic. But then again, to each his own.

To convert to the "Black Maple" from my Brown Bird's eye maple I investigated and was told it was only a few dollars cheaper, so I went with the Hi-Grade CF custom look!

I had all the console wood pieces done, along with the wood trim on the doors. Will post quality pics next week.

Just had to say that to a good friend!!
Actually - after many little scheduling issues - should have Dyno
#'s tomorrow. Car dyno'd @ 454hp/514tq before install.
I'll post #'s as soon as I get them tomorrow.

BTW: The CF interior pieces are bad *** and just understated enough to blend in well with the rest of your look.
Now everytime I'm driving guess what I'm looking at............
