Brake Dust

Just curious how folks deal with the incredible amount of brake dust produced by factory brake pads? Does anyone make a dustless pad set?

Your worst nightmare...
I have heard just use ceramic compound brake pads, don't know if they are cheap or expensive and perfomrance wise don't have a clue, lol!. anyone chime in...

I just gave up and look at it as a cheap way to black out your rims.
