Go for the *****, trust me, you'll enjoy them a hell of a lot more than the cams......unless you're some weirdo who likes cars more than *****, lol.
Make sure to get saline implants instead of silicone. They feel much much better & are a heck of a lot safer for your wife.

well im not gonna change my cams and my girl already has a set of bolt on boobies, so i guess the only thing i can say is boobies are over rated all a woman needs is a big butt (a nice big). i got it did your girl give you **** for buyin the E55? if yes i say get the cams. if not i say get her the bolt ons. good luck.

Love this thread ...I don't know, my mind bounced from one to the other (couldn't stop it) ...but now I am thinking get the boobies - then if she likes 'em it'll be easy to get her to go for the cams later...if you do the cams she'll be p!ssed and never agree to more mods car or her !

You have to get both. You can't allow to miss an opportunity with the cams, and you can't have your wife running around town with no *******. Either way, pics of before/after are needed

Gummy Bears are not yet FDA approved. You need to find a surgeon that's participating in the clinical trial to get it. Plus, you get less placement options with the cohesive silicone gel implants. Saline implants allow the placement of the implants through the umbilicus, which is the most aestheitcally pleasant method. However, you need to find a good surgeon that realy knows what he or she is doing.

My wife is blessed with some big ol' mams, and ever since the first time I watched lil Torquey disappear in the valley of love I knew she was a keeper. I've been a happy camper ever since. Dude, it's a no brainer, get dem boobies. Wait til you get to do the motorboat thing!
