it sounds like the engine is hesitating and having a hard time, but i think it's normal. it usually goes away after 3 minutes or so. i always let the engine idle till the temperature reader goes up half way, before i pull out of the garage. i think letting it idle for a while so your engine warms up is a lot healthier than just putting it to reverse and driving it out. correct me if i'm wrong but i let it idle for a while before i pull out.

I'm not sure if that is correct. I seem to remember reading in my Audi S4 manual(my last car) to not do this but just to start out normally. I doubt it makes much difference either way but driving the car immediately would get the oil flowing quicker and it would also warm up a bit quicker.

Mine runs fine when first started. It actually runs better when its cold.

The high idle when you start the car up in the morning is just the car warming up the oil. Give it about 30 seconds and your idle will lower. Its always good to let the car warm up on a cold start or in the morning. Once the idle drops, you're good to go
