Renntech upgrades post ECU flash

i was told yes. adam is installing renn stage 1 this weekend and wants my car early incase i need the recall done then they will flash the ECU. he also has the ECU reflasher for renn on site no shipping the ecu away gotta love that.

You are right. I spoke with RennTech last week and learned that they are seeing 6-8 additional RWHP on reflashed ECU's with the new RennTech software. I can hardly wait to get my ECU reflashed!

I don't think I'm affected, but my friend has an early '04 that's down some ponies, so thinking going stage III together with him and see if the problem goes away

My car was Stage 1'd well after the reflash...I never felt like this car was weak ever but I have nothing to back that up besides my butt....with S-1 this car just squats and breaks them loose with ESP flashing at 45-50 mph just mashing the pedal...I did it with a couple lunch guests in the car today !!! These cars are freaks !!! I love it. Adam...I bought my S-1 from you when you were at the other place...are you all saying there is more ponies found by RT with a new tune they put on the ECU ? I almost hate to mess with it since it runs so damn good now...but 6-8 hp may change my mind !
