It was a fabulous run, but I had an itch that needed scratched. Wanted a change from the sedan, and this baby fits the bill perfectly.
I will still be frequenting the E55 board, as it the best forum on MBWorld.
To have an SUV that you can talk about in the same sentence as our mighty E55's says something all its own right there.
LONG LIVE AMG!

great car dude - congrats - drove one at the challenge with TK - really wicked fast and it can power through the autocross course at an UNBELEIVEABLE speed
But despite the car change you know youre gonna lurk here on the E55 forum as there is no better exchange of info anywhere else on MBWORLD.

I have another residence in the Blue Ridge mountains of NW North Carolina......some roads have very steep grades there.

Hmmmm. I told my wife that I needed an E55 because I needed a back seat.
Safe travels!! Again - it looks gorgeous.
