My spoiler is about to fly off...

I have this rear spoiler, it came on my car so I'm not sure which brand it is:

whatever was holding it down is not doing such a good job anymore, almost looks like some kind of glue in spots across it....

what can I use to secure it? epoxy from home depot? I would rather just take it off altogether but I know it would leave some nasty marks behind...

thanks for any info....

i would pull it off clean everything and use some good double sided tape to put it back on.

mine looks the same way, not sure what to do either about it. You can definitely see a gap all along the back, sucks.

Drives Slowly
To get the spoiler off, double up a piece of dental floss and in a back and forth motion saw it off from the rear deck. Then, clean the rear deck with Goo-Be-Gone and remove any adhesive tape from the spoiler. Prep the deck with a rubbing alcohol, apply some good 3M, double-sided adhesive tape to the deck and re-seat the spoiler.

also to get it off, you could probably use a crobar, or an torch, what ever floats your boat.

Agreed. A little heat (or even time in the sun) can also help.
