interesting problem....

So my battery went dead and I don't see a positive terminal under the hood so I can jump it. I know the battery is in the truck but obviously since the battery is dead the truck won't open...am i missing something?

I just did a quick once over and didn't see anything...is there a positive terminal under the hood to jump start the car with? if not...how am i supposed to open the truck?

i'm a little confused...im going to read the owners manual for some answers.

In the meantime..maybe someone out there would help a brother out?

later,

dave

Pull the blade key out of the remote, insert it into the lock on the uderside of the trunk lid, rotate it counter clockwise and then pull the trunk lid release handle...

Do not try to jump from the underhood battery.

Sweet...thanks. I just put the car on my trickle charger. I also saw the reason why my battery went dead. I always run the car with the "auto" headlights but this time I ran it with the headlights on and the foglights on too..and i left them on.

It happens..live and learn.

thanks again...
