Thanks for the replies. I was told that if I removed the fender badges I would have to patch the holes as they're either screwed on or rivitted.

Can anyone verify this. I am not a fan of badges, especially the numbers on the side. Anyone know for sure if they are just stickers or are permanent? If permanent, I'd leave it alone. All the E55 badges are stickers and it takes all of 5 minutes and some wax to clear them off.

i hate the new 6.3 side badges, not only do they look way too big but they also lie, its a 6.2

I would remove the badges on the back (trunk) of the car. I think it gives the car a more smooth look and it is very clean. I would keep the engine badge on the side fenders just because I think they look cool. I would not keep the badges just to show people you have an AMG car, I think that is sorta petty. Plus, any car connaisseur should be able to pick your car as an AMG w/o the badge simply by the package, the pipes, rims, ride height, etc.

While I think that certain colored MB's do look sharp debadged, I doubt you would find any CL/S/SL65 owner that is willing to "clean up" their car.
